[Shop Roles and Titles/Duties]
-     Pamphlets at meeting, examples of possible rules and duties/names that could be used at Coop.
Horizontal organization, need to come up with titles and groups to handle tasks at the shop.
Organic decision making process, trying to fit our needs to a decision making process.
Propose- personal brainstorming and come back to conclusion at later date.
Who are we and what are we trying to accomplish?
Propose to have member titles places on apps. so people can mark what they want to do.
Redo of website for forums, online member apps, message boards, info, etc...

[Bike Overflow]
Contracting skilled members or skilled members to help us with fixing bikes.
Work in exchange for money.
Another option, opening another night. To train others for fixing bikes, and get more done quicker.
Another option, shut down Coop to sales in order to get bikes fixed.
R + JC offered and have been working out side of open hours to fix up bikes in queue.
R Suggests that some core members work on bikes outside of open hours to fix more up to sell.
Fixing peoples bikes for them, does not foster any reason for membership.
Possibility to rethink pricing of lower grade bikes. Also using an "ASIS" option to sell bikes also.
If it isn't broke, don't fix it. Rethinking of how we repair bikes.
Possibility of one skilled mechanic checking what needs done on each bike.
Monday shop night needs to be reorganized, keep side door closed. Shop bike repairs only.
Signs and door closed on Monday – Make it clear that we're here to fix shop bikes only.
JC suggests that he makes big signs to show what each night is defined as. Open/Closed.

[Youth Policy]
JC suggests that those who are working with the youth, it is their only job to help them.
We need to have a separate night dedicate to having a youth night.
For a child to participate in open shop, parent or guardian has to be there. One child per guardian.
2 kids per open shop, 3 hour slots to volunteer, moving towards a specific youth shop night.
Random selection for children to volunteer, names in hat, no first-come first serve.

[Staffing Requirements]
One front and one back is not enough to handle the flow of daily coop traffic.
re initiating the volunteer coordinator position.
This person will direct people to where they need to  get. Stays at or near the desk.
Front of shop assistant coordinator possibility.
Bike sales position, possibility of merging that with other front of shop person.
Possibility of check in sheet having member positions to sign up for on a daily basis.
Key members need to utilize the calendar to sign up for days to run shop nights.
We need a clock.
Update THBC Volunteer Sheet with new duties.
Brainstorming what positions we need to put on new sign-in sheet.

[Urban Art]
Annie approached Becky, bike related art exhibition at OSU Urban art space.
Becky agreed to bottom line volunteers for urban art space, members agree on it.

[Purchasing Limits]
Limit on members receiving bikes on coop credit.
Proposed to limit members to one whole bike purchase per fiscal year using coop credit
Members can get as many bikes as they want, just have to pay full price after first bike purchase.
Full bike means frame/fork plus components, any condition.
